6. Employer Responsibilities

Employers must not use AustBridge to publish unlawful, discriminatory, fraudulent or misleading employment opportunities.
7. Job Applications
AustBridge may provide tools that allow candidates to apply for vacancies listed on the platform.
Submission of an application does not guarantee an interview, employment offer, employment contract or any other particular outcome.
Final recruitment decisions are made by the relevant employer or authorised recruitment party.
8. No Guarantee of Employment
AustBridge does not guarantee that a candidate will obtain employment as a result of using the platform.
The availability of a vacancy does not constitute a guarantee that the position remains available or that the candidate will be selected.
9. Visa and Immigration Matters
Where employment opportunities involve international travel, visas, work permits or immigration processes, approval is determined by the relevant employer, immigration authority or government body.
AustBridge does not guarantee visa approval, immigration approval or entry into any country unless a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise.
10. Uploaded Documents
Users may be able to upload CVs, certificates, identification documents and other supporting materials.
You confirm that you have the right to provide the documents you upload and that the information contained within them is not knowingly false or misleading.
11. Prohibited Activities
Users must not use AustBridge to:
- Commit or facilitate unlawful activities.
